Hello Broken Earth Backers!
In addition to welcoming in 2026, I’m excited to say that I’m finished ordering all print books through DriveThruRPG!
You should have gotten an email from DriveThru confirming the shipment dating at some point between December 6th and today. For most backers it came earlier, but thanks to holidays and my computer needing repairs, I ordered some later than I’d hoped.
It usually takes a few weeks between the books getting ordered and delivered, but you should probably get your books by the end of January.
This will be the last of the regular updates for this campaign. Thank you all again for your support. I hope you enjoy your books!

Double Check Your Address!

Hello Broken Earth Backers,
I’m excited to say that I’ve gotten new proofs back and they look good!
I’ve activated the 48 hour address lock feature on Backer Kit. Print book should have gotten an email from them asking you to double check your address. If you’ve moved recently, please double check and make sure that you have the correct address in there.
The 48 hour address lock will put us in the middle of Thanksgiving weekend where I am in the US, so I might not be able to start ordering books until next week, but my plan is to get everything ordered by the end of that first week in December.
I’ll send another update when everything is ordered.

October Update

Hello Broken Earth Backers,
The proofs arrived. Unfortunately, there’s some issues with the main Broken Earth book that happened when I converted the files for print that I need to fix. I should be able to fix those pretty quickly, but it means a few more weeks delay for the next round of proofs.
On the plus side, Tales from the Great Lakes looks good.
I’ll send you another update when the new proofs come in.

September Update – Waiting for Proof

Hi Broken Earth Backers,
Just a quick update to let you know where we’re at. I ordered proofs a couple weeks ago, and now I’m waiting for them to print. I had to do a round of revising the digital files before they were approved, which added a little time.
Hopefully the proofs should arrive in another week or two, and if they’re good I’ll be able to order books for everyone. Occasionally there are issues with the print proofs that could cause further delay. I’ll let you know either way when the books arrive.

Last Call For Typos

I hope you’re enjoying Tales from the Great Lakes.
I’m finalizing the print layouts for Broken Earth and Tales from the Great Lakes. I just updated the main Broken Earth book to fix some typos and clarify a few issues. I’m sending out a last call to send me anything. I even put together a Google Form here you can use to submit things.
This is also the last call for backer credits. If you want your name listed and do not see it there yet, you can fill out this form.
I’m planning to order proofs next Saturday, so if you’re going to fill out either of these, please do so by Friday.
